FAQ
How should we dress for our family session?
I recommend having matching tones, I am available to provide ideas for the family and/or give advice on your outfit ideas prior to the session.
What’s the best time to have a session?
For our outdoor sessions we recommend sunrise or sunset. For our in studio or in your home sessions, anytime would be recommended.
How long will it take to receive photos back?
I guarantee photos back within 7-10 business days (M-F).
Can you expedite the photos being received?
Yes, I offer an expedited option as needed, this is for an additional fee of $100 per session.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, there will be a deposit required to secure your time/session, the remaining balance will be due PRIOR to your session time.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If a cancellation is needed, the previously paid deposit will not be refunded, however if you would like to reschedule that deposit will go towards the reschedule.
What happens if I do not pay the balance due prior to my session?
If balance is not paid prior to the session, I reserve the right to not provide ANY images to the client until payment is received in full.
What if there is inclement weather?
I will be as diligent as possible with scheduling, if there is a last minute inclement weather change, we will reschedule as soon as possible or find an indoor/back up location, client is responsible for any studio costs.
What if the photographer needs to reschedule my session?
I will ONLY ever reschedule for an emergency situation, if I MUST reschedule your session, I will provide a discount on the following session you book with me for the inconvenience.
